I say unto you, it is time for the eagles to spread their wings, for they are yet earth bound. But, as they spread their wings, I shall be the wind beneath their wings, and I shall lift them toward heaven. I will bring them up to live in the glory of the kingdom that they ought to be living in, even in this hour and even in this day. For, once I begin to move, by My breath I shall lift them up into My face, into My presence and into My peace and into My joy.
I will restore the years that have been torn away by Satan's ravaging against the church, for this is My purpose and this is My will in all of the earth--that My people should spread now their wings and let them arise into My presence under the shadow of the Almighty where all things become perfect in their lives. My desire in perfection is to show you My character and to show you My nature and to reveal Myself to you that you might be strengthened in the inner man and might come up from the place and position that you are bound to in the earth and dwell among the heavenly places where the winds of My Spirit bring you. I say unto you, on the voice of the wind comes My revelation knowledge, and I am about to reveal that revelation knowledge to many in this earth today. For, I say, it is time and that day has fully come.
May 31, 1998--through Stephen W. Morris: The Father says, this day shall I pour out upon the earth my love and My mercy in the hearts of those who truly love Me. My love shall come as a wind, my mercy as a burning fire for I should have none of the lost sheep of the house of Israel to remain without the true Great Shepherd. I want the fruit to bear in its time. I have laid the axe to the root of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the hearts of those who love Me.
Those who love Me I will draw unto Me, I will draw unto Me, says the Lord and I will draw them unto Me so that they shall be with Me. That where I am, there they shall be also. I will not have one out of the ninety-nine roaming lost without the others for I shall send My Holy Spirit even unto those who have considered themselves to be lost-backslidden from Me-alienated from Me, yea, even divorced from Me and I shall bring them, I shall bring them in with the crook of my rod and I shall wrap it around their neck and I shall bring them back. And then I shall place them upon My shoulders and I shall bring them back to Me, says the Lord.
Yea, though I might have to tranquilize them with the power of My Holy Spirit in order to make them docile and accept that which I would bring into their lives, this shall I do, says the Lord. And they shall be My responsibility, they shall be upon My shoulders and I will bring them unto Me, and I will gather them in. And I will gather them in into My sheepfold and there shall they graze and there shall they know truly the voice of Him Who leads them and another voice they will not follow. And those that refuse the love and the mercy that are being poured out, those who resist the wind, those who resist the fire, those shall be lost unto the power of the evil one.
For I am bringing My church to this point of purity, says the Lord. For I will build together and fitly frame all of the living stones of My living temple because it is time, says the Lord, it is time to begin building, it is time to begin building this mighty infrastructure which will then be a towering witness for those in the world who are walking in the darkness. And so shall they see this building of great light, this building of great power, this building of My Holy Spirit. And so shall they be drawn unto this light. And so shall they become sons of the light instead of dwellers of darkness.
May 29, 1998--through Meri Burlingame (The Apostolic/Prophetic List): Many of my prophetic ministers have been as whirlwinds in the Body of Christ in the days past, even to the present. I have used them this way and created around them the circumstances to support the whirlwind. But now it shall be no more. The whirlwind has accomplished my purposes both in the lives around them and in the prophet's lives...awareness of all that can be shaken, that which is loose and can be blown away, and that which needs to be anchored or cast away.
The prophetic community at this hour looks like the East Coast after Hurricane Andrew passed by---widespread destruction visible in the most beautiful of sunny Florida weather. I have given yet the months of summer to you in America to clean up the destruction and remove all that can be shaken...all that is temporal that lies in ruin around you. For winter is coming and I call you to be found in safe unshakable habitations.
To those who are entering Fall and winter, it will be a time of great harvest and even now I call you to account. PREPARE TO ADEQUATELY HOUSE THE HARVEST AND PROTECT IT AGAINST THE WINTER RAINS AND STORMS OR ELSE BEFORE THE HEAT OF SUMMER COMES IT WILL SPROUT AND BE NO GOOD FOR BREAD CORN.
To my people, You know not the day nor hour of the Lord's return but I have told you of the hour of judgment that is coming. I have made ALL provision to keep my children. Many will escape this tribulation, but those appoint ed for this hour will shine as great lights in the darkness because they have been spared because they were chosen for this time before the foundation of the world.
I say therefore, Prepare your houses of habitation inside and out lest when the rains and winds come you be as the man who looked into a mirror and quickly forgot what he saw.

June 3, 1998: Even though you walk through the valley of the shadows, fear not. For these are only shadows of this temporary life. It is in the darkness of these shadows that the light will dawn, and you will emerge with greater understanding and lasting liberty. It is only in darkness that you search for the light and long for illumination. Remember that a shadow is the shape of something that is cutting off the light. Discern the shape of what stands between you and the Light. "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." (Psalm 23:4)
June 1, 1998: Be still, My child, and watch. Be ready to rise up and thwart every attack of the enemy. But, remember who your enemy is. "We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities." (Eph. 6:12) Your battle is in heavenly places. And, behold, I have given you power and authority over all the works of the enemy. However, you must be quiet enough and focused enough to discern the attack and to keep yourself from being a victim of the devil's strategy. Behold, I give you power; be strong in the Lord!
May 30, 1998: Watchmen on the wall, awaken! Open your eyes to see the enemy approaching. Prepare your defense. Fortify your position. Repair the breaches in your walls and build up your weak and vulnerable places, for I say, the enemy is preparing to come against you with a fierce attack. Stand strong. If God be for you, who can be against you? Listen for directions from the Commander in Chief. There are more for you than against you, and I declare victory over My army. Stay united and refuse to be scattered by this attack. Don't attack one another by getting into confusion while under siege. Know your enemy!
Isaiah 62:6-12, "I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth. The LORD has sworn by His right hand and by the arm of His strength: 'Surely I will no longer give your grain As food for your enemies; And the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine, For which you have labored. But those who have gathered it shall eat it, And praise the LORD; Those who have brought it together shall drink it in My holy courts. Go through, Go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the peoples! Indeed the LORD has proclaimed To the end of the world:' Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Surely your salvation is coming; Behold, His reward is with Him, And His work before Him.' And they shall call them The Holy People, The Redeemed of the LORD; And you shall be called Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken."
May 29, 1998: The purging that I have told you about is now manifesting in My chosen generation. I will do this on two levels--first, the things that anchor you to the world. I will bring opportunities for the removal of things in the physical realm that hinder your walk in the Spirit. Then, I will bring opportunities for the overcoming of soulish attributes that hinder your walk in the Spirit. As you yield to Me, I will purge you of selfish desires and motives. I will prepare you to tear down idols and high places in your lives. All of this is in preparation of the mighty outpouring of My Spirit. "Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever." (1 John 2:15-17)
